How do you charge it? And how long does it take to fully recharge?
It uses a Type-C charging port. We have a Type-C charging cable included. It takes 1.5 hrs to fully recharge.
How do you clean it?
We recommend to clean it after each use with disinfectant wipes.
Does the device emit any sound during use?
Our Thermal One is equipped with a noice-reduction air pump. The operating sound level is approximately 40-45 dB, which is much lower than normal conversational level (at 60 dB).
Where can I use it? How much does it weigh?
As the Thermal One is extremely lightweight, at a mere 318g, it is highly portable. You may use it anywhere, in your car or on the plane. We do recommend, however, to not use it while walking for safety purpose.
